With a keen ability to fuse cultural trends with business strategy, she’s reshaped brands at every scale—crafting campaigns that blend creative storytelling with data-powered precision to unlock new consumer revolutions.

Drawing from her experience inside top brands, Orly founded The SLIM Agency with a clear mission: to deliver practical, scalable solutions for businesses navigating real pressures and opportunities. She knows firsthand how to flex budgets, influence business decisions at the executive level, and translate everyday challenges into breakthrough results. Her leadership has powered everything from digital-first launches to omnichannel initiatives and influencer-driven connections—making brands not only memorable, but unmissable in their markets.

A proud University of Florida grad and Columbia Business School executive alum in Digital Marketing, Orly’s background merges creative vision, analytics, and relentless execution. Based in Island Park, New York, she shares life with her husband, two kids, and their energetic whoodle, Jaxie.
